Classes are a great way to cross-train and add variety to your out-of-the-box fitness experience. Check out our dynamic and integrative new classes including kettlebells, TRX suspension training, and martial arts. We encourage your participation in a variety of classes, exercising at a comfortable, yet challenging level.


This challenging yet fundamental workout is designed to strengthen, tone and sculpt your entire body using free weights, body bars, tubing, gliding disks etc.


This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for-and FAST! Shape and tone your muscles, build your bone density and burn up to 600 calories per class.


Blast that booty into shape through enthusiastic encouragement and a group of hard working members. You will use different tools in the gym. There is no time for talking, this class is about being serious about getting in shape!


High energy cardio/strength class utilizing the principle of kickboxing.


A non-stop cardio hour consisting of strength, power, core, balance and plyometric drills using a variety of equipment such as free weights, tubing, step, disks.

This class uses TRX, step, and weights to create a non-stop cardio hour that hits all muscle groups.   
Be prepare for the intensity and the result!   

An enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercises with less-intense recovery periods. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved metabolism, and improved fat burning.

This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your body using barbells, plates, free weights and a riser. Participants may choose and adjust their weight selection based on the exercise and their personal goals. Get ready to develop strength and endurance in your major muscle groups, burn calories and tone your body!   

This mid-level interval cardio exercise class utilizes step, weights, bands, and other props working intervals to strengthen and tone the body and to burn calories.

This high intensity class combines sport conditioning with skill development in basic strikes, kicks and blocks. Feel what its like to train like a fighter and have fun in a group with our Aussie instructor. Class uses gliders, TRX, and other strength training tools. This class will get your body sculpted into the phisique of your dreams. Not for beginner exercisers. No prior kick boxing experience necessary.
This 30 minutes class begins with stretch and focuses on improving the balance by using various positions and props. All levels with various modifications available for more and better balance!
This integrative workout blends Dance, Martial Arts and Healing Arts (including Yoga and Sounding). Nia is a low impact barefoot workout performed to electric inspiring music. Adaptable for all ages and fitness levels, Nia classes allow you to move ‘the body’s way.’ Each routine has a set intention, bringing greater meaning to your workout. Experience the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of Nia as you train your body from the inside out.    

Step up to a great workout! Using the height-adjustable platform developed by Reebok, you can get a great total body workout. Strengthen your heart and your legs with this 55-minute aerobic workout.

Tone and strengthen your legs while getting a heart healthy cardio workout then grab either free weights, a bodybar or resistance tubing at different intervals during class for a burst of sculpting and toning of the upper body and core. You'll find these athletic step moves easy to follow to emphasize quality of movement and form.    
30 minutes Strong Core follows More Balance. This is an awareness-based core class utilizing variety of props such as bosu and swiss ball for those who want a Strong Core.

High Intensity Interval Training that consists of 20 seconds of intense training (170%) and 10 seconds of rest. Tabata increases both aerobic and anaerobic systems.

This challenging suspension training uses your bodyweight increases balance, strength, core stability and range of motion.    

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music – to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO! Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of tantalizing body sculpting movements with east to follow dance steps. Ditch the Workout. Join the Party!
