OVERVIEW

Forma Barre is a low-impact functional method based on whole-body conditioning and inspired by dance, Pilates Reformer, and a variety of somatic modalities that understand the body as a unit. The barre is used to deepen mobility and find the alignment of the body. Resistance bands and gliding discs are used to maximize benefits.

FORMA BARRE

This class goes beyond the traditional barre class. It consists of dynamic mobility, lower body strength (thigh & butt work), cardio, stretch, abdominal work, spiral movement, and upper body work. Mindfully strengthen your core using the whole body!
