When I was a little girl, I would roll around on the floor. I loved to dance and tumble and express myself through movement. When I was introduced to yoga as a young woman, I knew that I’d found what I needed to center myself. I fell in love with yoga from my very first practice in 2003 with an Indian teacher in Japan. I felt all sensations from head to toes. The experience brought me much joy. Now as a teacher, I see more benefits of yoga. Yoga is a full-body workout. We use our body weight to build strength, to achieve deep stretching, and improve flexibility.

Yoga helps keep you grounded to find yourself. Yoga allows the practitioner to discover his or her own limits.
