PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Specializes in: Pilates Reformer, trapeze, chair, barrels, tower, mat, and props; postural assessment, prenatal and postnatal strengthening, post-rehab Pilates, yoga, core strengthening and training 
My story
I began fitness at a young age through dancing and by working out with Gilad’s “Bodies in Motion” on TV every morning. Soon I found gymnastics, which has fostered my love for plyometrics and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
 
My fitness philosophy
I believe that movement is life and essential to staying youthful. I’ll never stop moving because I don’t want to lose it. My physical strength fosters my inner strength.

What I love to do in my off time
Most of my time is spent being a new mom and enjoying hiking; running; dancing; graphic design; learning the guitar; relaxing at the beach; reading anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and physical therapy books; practicing yoga

Hidden talent
I sing (classical, pop, Blues, Motown) and can touch my elbows together behind my back…and no, I generally do not do these at the same time.
