My story
I got into the fitness industry because I wanted to advance my show jumping career. Much of the horse industry focuses on the athletic ability and fitness of the horse, not the rider’s. I wanted to change the thinking of the equestrian field.
 
My extended family is mostly overweight and I didn’t want my life, my family’s life, or friends to end up overweight and unhappy. I want to promote a healthy lifestyle and be a positive influence in others’ lives.
 
My fitness philosophy
Do what it takes to be and feel your personal best. I want everyone to be able to have the life and body they dream of. My effervescent personality helps motivate you along the way to achieving your goals.
 
My favorite workout tunes
Depends on my mood. I listen to everything from heavy metal to Britney Spears in my own workouts. On my playlists, I try to have a lot of variety that will make everyone happy when they attend my bootcamp classes.
 
What I love to do in my off time
I love to play golf, tennis, go on hikes and bike rides. I love being outdoors, enjoying the sun and fresh air.
