Being a lifelong athlete sparked, and has maintained, my enthusiasm for strength and fitness. Witnessing family and friends suffer from diseases and illnesses that could’ve been prevented led me to aspire to learn everything possible about the human body and gave me the strong desire to help people live vibrant, healthy lives.

What I love to do in my off time
Includes cooking, playing hockey, hiking, snowboarding, stand up paddleboarding, and spending time with the people I love. I also enjoy going to sporting events, concerts, and festivals. My favorite sports teams are the San Jose Sharks, Oakland A’s, and Golden State Warriors.
